Course Outline

A stage cylinder is generally a cylinder that has been configured or set up to enable divers to carry the cylinder on their side while underwater. In sport diving, the cylinder is mostly carried to provide emergency air in the unlikely event that another diver needs assistance. The stage cylinder is not used for this course but will be introduced in other diving courses.
